Manual STACC EN rev.5.2

Controlling the particles traveling with the speed of light over 27km distance in a circular path in a tube with a couple of mm in diameter is a huge challenge. Extreme accurate current measurement is a small but important part of the challenge. Our systems offer scientific class accuracy and are very well suited for this challenge. HVDC applications require accurate measurement of both DC, AC currents including harmonics in a high voltage environment. Zero-flux offers a perfect solution in providing a non intrusive and potential neutral current measurement from DC up to 30kHz. For some applications it is required to not only measure accurate at nominal current but also to be able to measure over few percent of the nominal current as well as over currents with the same accuracy. Zero-flux principle provides scientific class accuracy from 0A up to 110% of the nominal current. For more information contact please email or call us at +31 (0) 53 7400 740.

Measuring electrical currents play an essential role in development, manufacturing and maintenance of todays products. Increasing complecity and demand for efficiency requires a more accurate and reliable measurement of electrical currents. Zero-flux current measuring systems offer a non-intrusive, high accurate, wide range and reliable solution for measuring AC as well as DC currents up to 30kA.

Many of scientific, HVDC and industrial applications have a long lifecycle. Accurate measuring of currents under changing conditions and over a long period of time is essential. At PM SMS we have designed our systems with temperature changes and long measurement cycles in mind ensuring uninterrupted and accurate measurements for many decades. Measuring electrical currents with very high accuracy is a challenge all by it self. Performing the same measurement over and over again with little to no difference in results is a complete different challenge. We have a long history and proven track record when it comes to developing and manufacturing systems with extreme precision. We are fully aware of the fact the projects our customers are involved in there is no room for doubt. Our systems have been developed to ensure accurate and reliable measurement results not only now but also 5, 10 even 30 years from now. For more than 4 decades PM Special Measuring Systems has been commited to delivering solutions rather than products. Our dedication to R&D, and customer centric approach keeps PM Special Measuring Systems at the forefront of Zero-flux current measuring systems

Scientific class accurate measuring currents under controlled (laboratory) conditions is not good enough for us. We want to provide the same accuracy stability under changing temperature, humidity conditions for many years. We developed our system to provide the accuracy required under environmental conditions specified by our customer. For more information contact please email or call us at +31 (0) 53 7400 740.

Zero-flux methodology; developed by CERN in 1970's; enables non intrusive measurent of AC and DC (up to 60kA) with scientic class accuracy and stability. PM Special Measuring Systems has been one of the pioneers to adapt this technology from the beginning and has been market leader for Zero-flux current measuring systems ever sinds.
